Oct. 31, 2010Yesterday I went foraging with Wildman Steve Brill. We saw: foxtail grass, jewel weed, ground ivy, ginko tree, queen anne's lace (wild carrot), orpine, gysum (poisonous), mint, puffball mushroom, northern tooth fungus, slippery jack mushroom, unknown mushroom (poly pore family), artist fungus, honey mushroom, earth ball mushroom, brick cap mushroom, russel mushroom, garlic mustard, horse nettle, yarrow, field garlic, mug wort, dandelion. I had a great time. I loved eating the wonderful plants.
